Brendan Smith AAPI has worked with WBP since 2003, during which time he has gained broad experience valuing both residential and commercial properties for mortgage/refinancing, financial reporting, body corporate and family law purposes. In 2006, Brendan was appointed to the position of Residential Valuations Manager, which is the main contact point for Victorian clients’ valuation issues, queries and quotes.
Prior to joining WBP Property Group, Brendan was a valuer with the Australian Valuation Office in Victoria. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in property, Brendan is also an associate member of the Australian Property Institute.
In addition to being a key client contact point, Brendan’s role also involves quality control of valuation reports and managing the day-to-day running of WBP’s Victorian residential team.
