With over 20 years experience in the property industry, Patrick is director of WBP Property Group. Before co-founding WBP in 1992, Patrick held a number of positions spanning the property and valuations industry, where assignments included large company property portfolio valuations and mortgage security valuations. Prior to this, Patrick was senior property analyst and valuer with the Farrow Corporation, where he specialised in feasibility analysis, property finance and portfolio review.
Other property related positions include assistant city valuer with the City of Werribee, where he gained experience valuing a number of property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, rural, intensive agriculture and special purpose properties such as hotels and hospitals. Prior to this, Patrick managed and negotiated the leasing of central business district properties in a position with Jones Lang Wooten. Patrick’s property career began with The Professionals, Essendon, where he specialised in property and body corporate management.
Patrick is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and also a member of the API Marketing Committee. Patrick holds a Certificate in Business Studies majoring in valuations and an Associate Diploma of Valuations. With a Diploma of Education, Patrick has also taught at both primary and secondary levels in Australia and the United Kingdom and brings a wealth of life experience to the company.
