Portfolio Valuation
To assess the market value of of the property assets within the portfolio.
Self-Managed Superannuation Valuation
To assess the market value of of the property assets within the fund.
Family Law Valuation
Required for family law purpose; for individual or multiple parties to to reduce the potential for dispute.
Body Corporate / Insurance Valuation
To assess the replacement cost of the building.
Capital Gains Tax Valuation
