Brendan Aylmore joined the WBP team in 2009 when Perth based valuation firm, Suburban Valuation Services, merged with WBP Property Group. As Managing Director of WBP Property Group WA Brendan is responsible for overseeing valuations and business development. Brendan is a licensed valuer and member of the Australian Property Institute with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property, and he has more than 10 years experience in valuing both residential and commercial properties for mortgage/refinancing, financial reporting, body corporate and family law purposes.
 
Prior to joining WBP Property Group WA, Brendan was a director of Suburban Valuation Services and also worked for other reputable valuation firms including the Valuer Generals Office.
 
In addition to being a key client contact point, Brendan’s role also involves quality control of valuation reports and managing the day-to-day running of WBP Property Group WA.
