IT and Systems Operations Manager
 
As IT and Systems Operations Manager, Marika is responsible for developing information systems to streamline business processes. Marika manages a team of in-house developers undergoing multiple projects. During her time with WBP, Marika has managed the development and implementation of the XpressVal technology, which has included the XpressCentral, XpressMobile, XpressSketch and XpressClientLogin products and WBP's paperless residential valuation process, among other projects. 
 
Marika started working with WBP in 2001 as Valuations and Office Manager. This position allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the inner workings of a valuations business, as well as the perfect knowledge platform for her current role. 
 
Prior to joining WBP, Marika worked as Valuations and Operations Manager with Robert Hendrey & Associates, another Victorian valuation firm. In this position, Marika was responsible for streamlining business processes and managing the office andvaluation process. Marika has also worked for RAMS Home Loans as an Operations Manager and in accounting based positions, during which time she gained an understanding of lending requirements along with analytical and reporting skills. 
 
With over extensive experience in the valuations industry following two years in the lending industry analysing and improving systems, Marika has a comprehensive understanding of the operational and IT requirements of these industries. It is with this knowledge and experience that Marika is able to manage exciting and innovative projects at WBP that are leading the industry.
