Phil Manning has worked in real estate across Melbourne's eastern and inner suburbs for 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to WBP Residential Advice.

Phil owned and operated a major real estate agency in Melbourne's east, managing a team of agents, property managers and administrative staff. In 2005, he made a successful transition to become a strategic property consultant and refined his expertise working with the property investmentprocess.

Phil's speciality is finding and buying capital growth properties for investors in high-land value inner suburbs, drawing on his experience as an auctioneer and the purchaser of hundreds of properties on behalf of clients. His long and successful career has been built on his in-depth understanding of the residential property market and dedication to client service.
