Sjouke has worked with WBP Property Group since 1998 and has completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property at RMIT. During this time he has gained extensive experience valuing residential and commercial properties for a broad range of purposes including mortgage finance, family law, pre-sale and purchase and internal accounting.

With this experience, Sjouke was appointed Residential Valuations Manager in WBP’s head office in Victoria, where he was the main contact point for Victorian clients’ valuation issues, queries and quotes.

In January 2007, Sjouke then accepted the role as State Manager of WBP’s Queensland branch office in Brisbane, where he was managing and driving the growth of the branch which enabled its well known, timely, cost effective and professional service to be adopted by the Brisbane Metropolitan and Gold Coast areas.

In August 2008, Sjouke returned to head office in Victoria and has been appointed Senior Valuations Manager. In this role, Sjouke is responsible for the continued growth of the WBP brand, providing direct support to the Residential Valuations Manager and Chief Operating Officer, as well as completing valuations for high end properties, development feasibility, family law etc.

Sjouke is also an associate member of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practising Valuer status.
